6. Third party services

Checkout and payment take place on a page hosted by Razorpay Software Private Limited, our payment gateway, governed by Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy. The details you enter there, including your name, contact details and delivery address, are collected by Razorpay and shared with us so that we can fulfil your order. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Support, order updates and tracking take place on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. The Website loads typefaces from Google Fonts and code libraries from jsDelivr, and is hosted by a third party hosting provider. Each of these receives your IP address as a normal part of serving a web page. The Website may also link to other websites and platforms. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. Please read their policies before you use them.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

At present the Website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not store information in your browser. We may introduce cookies, analytics, pixels or similar technologies in future to remember your preferences, operate a cart or checkout, measure visits and improve the Website. If we do, this policy will be updated. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the Website may then not work properly.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, and afterwards for as long as the law requires or allows, including to keep accounts and tax records, to resolve disputes and to enforce our rights. Order and invoice records are generally kept for at least eight years to meet tax and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. How we protect it

No method of transmitting or storing information over the internet or on a mobile device is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss or misuse of information caused by your own device, account or network being compromised, by the acts of third parties such as WhatsApp, couriers or payment providers, or by events beyond our reasonable control, including hacking, system failure, power or network outages, natural disasters, epidemics, government action and other force majeure events. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires us to.

10. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct, complete or update information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • erase information we no longer need, unless we must keep it by law;
  • stop sending you promotional messages. Reply STOP on WhatsApp or SMS, or email us. You will still receive messages about orders you have placed.
  • withdraw consent you have given. Withdrawal does not affect anything done before it, and we may be unable to take or complete your order without the information we need to deliver it.
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

Send requests to supaferments@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request, and we may refuse a request where the law allows, including where it would affect another person's rights.
